FOUNDER/EXECUTIVE PRODUCER

Michael Lutz is the founder and Executive Producer of Monarch Hill Productions in Los Angeles, California. He is the creator and Executive Producer of Car Masters: Rust to Riches, currently in its 5th Season on Netflix. Michael has produced over a thousand hours of network and cable television in his 20-year career. He is currently under contract at CBS Paramount Television and has also produced for HBO, ABC, Travel Channel and E! Entertainment. Michael has been nominated for multiple Emmy Awards and is a Peabody Award winner for his work as a producer covering the events of 9/11 while at ABC News in New York. Michael also wrote and produced for the Creative Services Department at HBO, promoting many of the most iconic shows in television history. Michael is a Director in full standing with the Director’s Guild of America.

FOUNDER/EXECUTIVE PRODUCER

Jordan Niswender is a partner and Executive Producer at Monarch Hill. Jordan is the head of creative and editorial content. Jordan has over a decade of experience producing and editing for the top network shows on television. If you watch television you’ve seen his trailers, promos and motion graphics. His technical skills along with his storytelling acumen make Jordan a powerful force in the entertainment industry.

EXECUTIVE PRODUCER

Anthony McLemore has enjoyed a multi-faceted career in television news, talk shows, reality, and documentary programming. After winning a Cable Ace in 1998 for the sketch comedy/magazine show "HEP-TV" 1998, Anthony helped develop and launch E! Entertainment Television's successful lifestyle show "Celebrity Homes," which earned him his first Emmy award nomination. Soon after, McLemore co-created BET's smash hit celebrity lifestyle/documentary series "How I'm Living.” From there, McLemore went on to produce/direct countless documentaries, reality, and talk shows, including CBS's Big Brother, A&E's The Jackson's: "A Family Dynasty," the critically acclaimed documentary series "Brat Camp" & "Border Security USA" for ABC, the "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" for Bravo, Discovery Channel's hit show "Street Outlaws" and "The Dr. Phil Show", the highest rated talk show in daytime.

 In 2022, Anthony earned Outstanding Arts, Culture, Entertainment Report Emmy for the Netflix/Hulu documentary The New York Times Presents "Malfunction: The Dressing Down of Janet Jackson."

Rob Stein is an award-winning television producer and manager with extensive creative, production, and editorial experience at HBO in New York City. Rob has supervised, developed and produced a wide variety of entertaining long and short-form content for HBO programming on all platforms. Among his many responsibilities was overseeing "THE BUZZ" and the "HBO FIRST LOOK" franchises.
